Terms of Service

Welcome to Bagem ("Bagem," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bagem website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Bagem Is

Bagem is a portfolio-tracking and price-comparison tool for Counter-Strike 2 ("CS2") items ("skins"). The Service lets you record items you own (name, purchase price, quantity) and displays current market price estimates and profit/loss calculations sourced from third-party marketplaces, including but not limited to the Steam Community Market, CSFloat, and Skinport.

Bagem is not a marketplace. We do not buy, sell, hold, custody, or broker CS2 items on your behalf, except for the limited manual skin-payment process described in Section 5. Bagem does not operate, control, or guarantee any third-party marketplace referenced in the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, consistent with any age requirements imposed by our payment processor.

3. Accounts

You may create an account using a Steam login or an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

4.1 Plans

Bagem offers a free tier ("Free") with limited functionality and a paid tier ("Pro") with additional functionality, as described on our Pricing page. Features and limits may change over time.

4.2 Card Payments

Paid subscriptions purchased by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for these transactions, handles billing, and is responsible for tax collection and remittance where applicable. Your payment information is collected and processed by Paddle, not by Bagem directly. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy govern the handling of your payment details.

4.3 Manual Skin Payment

As an alternative payment method, we may accept CS2 items via a manual Steam trade as payment for a subscription period. This process is not automated: you submit a trade to an account we designate, and we manually review and approve or reject the request in our own time. Activation of Pro access via this method is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed until we confirm receipt. We do not operate an automated trading bot for this purpose. Trades completed on Steam are final; Steam trade reversals (where they occur) are controlled solely by Valve Corporation and are outside our control.

4.4 Renewals and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. You may cancel at any time; access to Pro features continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law or at our discretion.

5. Price Data and Accuracy

Prices, price history, fee estimates, and "best price" comparisons shown in the Service are drawn from third-party sources and are provided for informational purposes only. Market prices fluctuate constantly and may differ from what is shown at the time of a transaction on any marketplace. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any price, fee, or valuation shown in the Service, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on this data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or excessively automate requests against the Service in a way that degrades it for other users;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription limits or payment obligations;
• Use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or the trading of stolen or illegitimately obtained items;
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Bagem or its licensors. Item names, images, and related data may be the property of Valve Corporation or other third parties and are used for identification and informational purposes only. Bagem is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Steam.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via your profile settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that price data will be accurate. Bagem does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Any decision to buy, sell, or hold CS2 items is made at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bagem and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, via the Service or by email). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Bagem operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
